1. Sweepstakes Timing: The The Chill Out With General® Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on 9/19/2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/11/2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”), with separate weekly entry periods (“Weekly Entry Period”) which begin at 12:00:00 a.m. ET each Monday and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET each Sunday (with the exception of the first week which begins at 12:00:01 p.m. ET on 9/19).

2. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit www.generalsnus.com (the “Site”) and complete all information requested on the Sweepstakes registration form. Limit one Sweepstakes entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. All eligible entries must be received during the Weekly Entry Period dates listed in the chart below to be eligible for that Weekly Entry Period’s drawing only. All eligible entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 12/11/2011, to be eligible for the last week’s drawing. Entries will not be carried forward to subsequent drawings, if any. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online service may apply.

3. Random Drawing: Random drawings will be conducted on or about each of the dates indicated in the chart below, from among all eligible entries received during each Weekly Entry Period, to award the winners specified for each drawing, as follows:

Drawings will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (the “Administrator”), an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received during each Weekly Entry Period.

Prizes And Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): Weekly Prize (60 – 5 per week): A personal Snus refrigerator (ARV $25 each). Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Limit one prize per person/household. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with their prize not specified herein as being awarded. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value. All prizes will be awarded (provided a sufficient amount of eligible entries are received per each Weekly Entry Period) and winners will be notified by email and/or mail.

4. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of, and currently residing in, the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of MA, MI & VA), who are tobacco consumers, 19 years of age and older as of date of entry. Entry to the Site is conditioned upon passing a 3rd party age verification process. Employees of Sponsor and any of its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries, respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies and advertising and promotion agencies, persons engaged in the development of Sweepstakes materials or events, and Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) living in the same household of each are not eligible. Groups, clubs, organizations, commercial entities and businesses cannot participate. Void in MA, MI & VA and where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.

5. General Rules: Weekly Prize winners will be sent their prizes via mail within 4-6 weeks after winner selection. Return of any prize as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes (including a winners list and/or winner announcement posted on the Sponsor’s Facebook page) without further compensation except where prohibited by law. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or the Site; violates the Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner: or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor and the Administrator are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the online entries in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Sweepstakes if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including for infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or corruption of any sort. In such event, applicable random drawings will be conducted from among all eligible entries per Weekly Entry Period received prior to the date of the cancellation. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys fees.

6. Release: Winners and all entrants, as a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, agree to release Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes (“Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Sweepstakes, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement of offering of the prizes. By entering or participating, you accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.

7. Winners: For the winners’ names, available after 12/20/2011, send a self addressed stamped envelope no later than 1/5/2012, to: General Snus Chiller Sweepstakes Winners, c/o Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (Attn: BG), 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747.
